Hand wash only, gently with warm water. Do not soak your cup in water. Do not wipe with harsh chemicals. We DO NOT recommend a dishwasher or microwave.

When requesting custom tumblers, please follow the following steps:
- Choose your tumbler then add to cart
- Choose your decal then add to cart
- Choose your glitter colors from our inventory, the flow or effect you want, and any other special instructions to “note” in your cart
- If you are adding glow, add to cart from glitter page
Please keep in mind that our Frosted Glass Tumblers and our 40oz Plastic tumblers cannot be used with glitter, flow, effects or glow. It can only be used with decals.
If for some reason you are requesting a refund, please contact us at cateyezcreationz@aol.com, and we will discuss options. Snowglobe tumblers cannot be returned if made to your liking. We can discuss refunds depending on the situation.
